- Sally formed Conference Choice in 1996 having working within another
conference agency for the previous 4 years. She has worked within the
hotel and catering industry for over 25 years, with roles including Sales
and Marketing, Conference and Banqueting and Accounts for major hotel
groups including Queens Moat Houses, Thistle Hotels and the Birmingham Metropole
Hotel.
- For a period, she also worked as PA to a Sales Director, organizing
meetings and accommodation giving her the experience to know “what the
client wants”.

- Amanda joined Conference
Choice 5 years ago from Thistle Hotels where she worked within
Reservations, Conference and Banqueting and PA to the General Manager at
Newhall Country House Hotel, near Birmingham

Dempster - Sales Consultant Martin has been at Conference
Choice for 2 years, expanding the client portfolio. For the previous
10 years he had headed up the UK Conference Operation at a large conference
agency within the Midlands, and has brought clients and experience with him
to Conference Choice. |

Conference Choice also has administration support, assisting with
accommodation reservations and accounts. |
