Conference Choice

Conference Choice is committed to assisting you in finding the most suitable venue, in the right location and to suit your budget. We endeavour to do this as quickly as possible for you to assist your decision making.

To enable us to source your enquiry as quickly as possible we need accurate information from yourselves and if we find we are time wasting on an enquiry, we reserve the right to implement our terms and conditions, which I would ask you to read and agree to.

Conference Choice may make an Administration charge of £100.00 if an event or enquiry is withdrawn with no viable reason after work has been undertaken. This fee may be waived if the event is rebooked and takes places within 3 months of the original date.

Conference Choice may make a charge if the client:

	Cancels with no valid reason
	Confirms a venue with another venue finding agency
	Uses Conference Choice to do a comparative search and do not confirm the enquiry.
	Client has already made enquiry direct to venue and then use Conference Choice for comparison and then confirms the original venue held.
	Client holds the venue in house after research has been carried out by Conference Choice.
	Gives Conference Choice the brief within accurate information.
